These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dofaa's website, mobile app and trade-credit services (the "Services"), operated by Dofaa in the Arab Republic of Egypt. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of a business operating in Egypt. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to enter into these Terms.
02The Services
Dofaa provides a business-to-business trade-credit platform that enables merchants to purchase from suppliers and repay in instalments through a revolving credit line. Dofaa is not a bank. All credit is subject to assessment and approval and may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion.
03Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
04Identity verification (KYC)
To use credit features you must complete identity and business verification. You agree to provide accurate documents and information, and we may refuse or suspend access if verification cannot be completed.
05Credit, invoices and repayment
Approved credit limits, fees, profit/interest and instalment terms are shown in the app before you commit to a plan. You agree to repay all approved amounts on their due dates. Late or missed payments may incur fees and affect your credit limit and eligibility.
06Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Paymob and Fawry. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, provide false information, infringe the rights of others, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
08Intellectual property
The Services, including the Dofaa name, logo and content, are owned by Dofaa and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
09Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
10Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dofaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
12Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dofaa against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to repaying any outstanding amounts.
14Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
